Peter Farrell is a nationally recognized real estate developer with more than 35 years of experience delivering transformative mixed-use and urban redevelopment projects. As Co-Founder of City Interests Development Partners, he has led the development of millions of square feet across the Washington, D.C. region and provides strategic oversight to Northline’s development and investment platform.

Michael Hodas serves as Chief Investment Officer of Northline Investment Group, leading investment strategy, capital formation, acquisitions, underwriting, and structured finance. As a development partner with City Interests on the Parkside initiative, he brings deep experience across transit-oriented, mixed-use, and public-private development in the Washington, D.C. region.
