The building includes 32-foot clear heights, 30 dock doors, 180 trailer parking spaces, and energy-efficient LED lighting to support modern logistics operations. A modern industrial operations center designed to support fleet logistics, vehicle maintenance, dispatch, and waste management services for Northern Virginia operations. The scope of work includes site development, utility infrastructure, heavy-duty paving, stormwater management systems, warehouse and maintenance facilities, truck circulation areas, and integrated office space.

A 400,000 SF speculative warehouse facility situated on a 42-acre site, designed to support modern industrial and logistics users. The project features a 40-foot clear height, 40 dock doors, two drive-in doors, and ample trailer and employee parking. A 37,000 SF ground-up law enforcement training facility for the Metropolitan Police Department in Washington, DC, located on the site of the former MPD shooting range at 4665 Blue Plains Drive SW. The development included a 40-foot-tall metal Tactical Village containing masonry structures that replicate an urban neighborhood, a detached 1,000 SF Gas House for tear gas and non-lethal ordinance training, and renovation of an existing structure into administrative offices. Northline team members managed civil engineering design coordination, permitting, and construction administration on behalf of MPD.

The complex renovation of the 950,000 SF National Archives Building in Washington, DC. The work included major building system upgrades, enhanced security and environmental conditions for the preservation of historic documents, code-compliance improvements, the addition of new museum and exhibit space, a new 290-seat theater, and exterior facade restoration including cleaning and tuck-pointing. The project scope included demolition of three existing stand-alone restaurants, construction of three new retail and restaurant buildings, facade renovations, and site utility upgrades including a new watermain serving the entire property. Northline team members served as construction managers on behalf of owners during both preconstruction and construction.

A repositioning that transformed nearly 170,000 SF of existing retail space into a more resilient mixed-use destination anchored by nationally recognized retailers. The project included a series of capital improvements designed to enhance the overall appearance, functionality, and long-term value of the property, including retail facade renovations, roof replacement, new monument signage, and tenant fit-out improvements for the Staples space. A complete revitalization of the 104,000 SF aging open-air retail center located in the City of Fairfax, Virginia. The redevelopment transformed the shopping center through the addition of a new Ross anchor tenant in place of a vacant grocery store space, along with extensive canopy and facade renovations. The project also included redevelopment of a former drug store building into a new end-cap retail space with multiple restaurant tenants. A private membership club located in Washington, DC, serving entrepreneurs and professionals throughout the region. The project consisted of a 16,000 SF interior renovation transforming three levels of office space into an event venue, restaurant and bar, and coworking environment. Northline team members provided construction management support on behalf of the owner, including design administration, project closeout, agency coordination, inspections, business licensing support, and coordination of owner-furnished vendors for AV, security, and kitchen equipment.

SAP NS2 | National Security Services is a wholly owned subsidiary of SAP that provides advanced analytics, insight, and data fusion technologies for mission-critical government workloads. The Herndon, Virginia project consisted of a 13,000 SF multi-phased interior renovation and office expansion designed to support secure operations and future growth. The work included new tenant fit-out improvements, upgrades to existing secure office areas, conference rooms, and collaboration spaces. Construction was carefully phased to maintain uninterrupted operations throughout the occupied facility. Northline team members served as construction management project leads on behalf of the Owner.

Known as Potomac Gateway, a 344,000 SF, two-building office complex located in National Landing, Virginia. The project included major repositioning and modernization efforts across both buildings, including renovated lobbies and common corridors, upgraded finishes, renovated restrooms and elevators, and structural repairs to the existing 400-space below-grade parking garage. The work also included approximately 200,000 SF of mixed tenant fit-out space, including secure GSA and Department of Defense tenant areas. Northline team members served as the owner's construction management staff.

A district-wide infrastructure initiative supporting the continued redevelopment of the 45-acre Union Market neighborhood in Washington, DC. The project included extensive utility, streetscape, hardscape, and landscape improvements designed to support both existing properties and future mixed-use development. Work included demolition of existing streets and alleys; installation of new water, sewer, gas, electric, and telecom infrastructure; and construction of upgraded public realm improvements such as widened sidewalks, ADA-accessible crosswalks, street lighting, signage, bike racks, tree pits, and landscaped public spaces. Northline team members served as full-time construction management staff on behalf of EDENS and JBG Smith.

Part of the ongoing redevelopment of the marine terminal facilities at Tradepoint Atlantic in Sparrows Point, Maryland. The work included demolition of a portion of the existing berth, installation of approximately 1,000 LF of steel sheet piling retaining wall, and construction of a new berth bulkhead to support terminal operations and future marine cargo activity. Tradepoint Atlantic is one of the largest intermodal logistics hubs in the country. Northline team members served in a senior construction management role on behalf of the owner.

Supported ongoing industrial development and utility expansion throughout the 3,300-acre Tradepoint Atlantic campus in Sparrows Point. The project included installation of approximately 6,300 LF of cathodically protected 36-inch and 24-inch watermain, along with associated site infrastructure improvements required to support future industrial users and logistics facilities. Northline team members served in a senior construction management role, providing third-party oversight of contractor activities, utility coordination, construction phasing, and overall project delivery.

A $30 million corridor revitalization initiative funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. The project reconstructed Pennsylvania Avenue SE from 27th Street to Southern Avenue, converting an existing five-lane roadway with a reversible center lane into a safer four-lane boulevard. Improvements included landscaped medians, turn lanes, upgraded sidewalks, ADA crossings, bicycle facilities, a 10-foot multi-use trail, lighting, signage, and streetscape enhancements, along with upgraded utilities, rain gardens, water quality stormwater systems, and tree plantings. Construction was completed in four phases. MLG team members served in project management roles during both design and construction on behalf of DDOT.
